We invite you on a journey of self-discovery through the use of the unique mat-based Pilates system, which addresses the body as a whole through stretching and strengthening exercises. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Pilates helps to build a strong core from which to build your fitness and is often used in rehabilitation programmes.
Our approach to mat-based Pilates is one that teaches you to connect your mind and body. Pilates is essentially mindful movement, encouraging awareness of how you move, breathe and relate to your body. This is why Pilates is the perfect way to release the tension and tightness that the body and mind carry, resulting in a stronger body and mind as your postural muscles are effectively trained to do the job they were designed to do.
As well as running Pilates courses, we also run European Mindfulness & Pilates holidays, from urban to rural and unspoilt locations, giving you the opportunity to truly escape, relax, unwind and rejuvenate.
