Welcome to One Body. Love it.

Welcome to
One Body. Love it.

We invite you on a journey of self-discovery through the use of the unique mat-based Pilates system which addresses your body as a whole, through stretching and strengthening exercises. Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels to help build a strong physique upon which to build their fitness and is often used in rehabilitation programs.

Our approach to Pilates is one that teaches you to connect your mind and body. Pilates is essentially mindful movement that encourages awareness of how you move, breathe and relate to your body. This is why Pilates is the perfect way to relieve the tension and tightness that the body and mind carries, resulting in a stronger body and mind as your postural muscles are trained effectively to do the job they are designed to do.

In addition to running Pilates courses, we also host European Mindfulness & Pilates holidays, from city to rural and unspoilt locations, allowing you the opportunity to truly escape, relax, unwind and rejuvenate.

Come and join us with like-minded individuals and re-discover what it means to be you, on one of our courses, workshops or retreats.

We look forward to meeting you soon!
