About Esmee...

Esmee’s love of health and fitness spans over 20 years and led her to qualify as an Exercise to Music Instructor in 2003, where she went on to run successful weight management classes in North and West Wiltshire.

Having been introduced to the Pilates Method in 2000, Esmee began to experience significant changes in her approach to exercise and movement and realised the many benefits that Pilates could bring. Having established herself within the Pilates Method, Esmee qualified as a Pilates Mat Work Instructor from the London Pilates Institute in 2003 and has continued to refine her teaching and training skills ever since.

Esmee is particularly passionate about supporting others to take a holistic approach to improving and maintaining their health and well-being, helping them to set and achieve realistic goals that lead to a healthier lifestyle. She currently runs community, individual and small group training sessions at several venues in North Wiltshire and works with Pilates instructors to run European Pilates Holiday Retreats.

Esmee also continues her practice as a highly experienced Hospital Social Worker & Practice Educator. As a member of the Association of Coaching, Esmee also supports organisations to improve employee wellbeing and engagement in her role as a Wellbeing and Emotional Intelligence Coach.

About Hilary...

Hilary became interested in Pilates after attending a training session presented by two Physiotherapy colleagues who were finding the technique very beneficial within their practice. Inspired, Hilary began attending Pilates classes herself.

Having worked since 2002 as a Physiotherapy Assistant, Hilary began incorporating more of her Pilates knowledge and its key principles into her work to assist her patients with their rehabilitation. Here she saw first-hand that it was aiding recovery and strength.

Hilary decided to train as a Pilates Instructor in 2002 with Future Fit Training, principally for self-progression and to increase her understanding of the application of Pilates in a remedial environment, as well as for her own health and fitness. She continues to apply that knowledge daily both within her employment specialising in knee and shoulder rehabilitation within community hospitals and local community classes she runs.
