Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation and refunds: Classes
  • Notice period: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class booking and receive a credit.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • If a class is cancelled by One. Body Love It. clients will be offered either a full refund or a credit.
  • Bookings are processed via Bookwhen, and their terms apply alongside these terms.
2. Cancellation and refunds: 1:1 Coaching
  • Discovery calls are free and may be cancelled at any time.
    Paid sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without charge.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • Packages are non-refundable once commenced.
3. Cancellation and refunds: Retreats & workshops
  • A deposit will be required to secure a place.
    Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Refund policy: Full refund minus deposit if cancelled more than 8 weeks prior; 50% refund excluding deposit between 4–8 weeks; no refund within 4 weeks.
  • If One Body. Love It .cancels a retreat, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
  • Bookings and payments may be processed via WeTravel, whose terms also apply.
4. Health and Liability
  • Participants must complete a health questionnaire or confirm their health status before attending.
  • Participants must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health prior to sessions.
  • One Body. Love It. holds appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
    Minimum participant age is 18 years.
5. Intellectual Property
  • Any materials provided, including PDFs, handouts, session notes, or recordings, are for personal use only.
  • Materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
  • If sessions are recorded, participants will be informed beforehand and consent will be obtained.
6. Corporate Wellbeing
  • Corporate clients are covered by separate agreements or proposals.
  • Cancellation terms for corporate workshops or programmes will be outlined in the individual contract.
7. Additional Provisions
  • One Body. Love It. reserves the right to refuse participation where it is considered unsafe, where relevant health information has not been disclosed, or where behaviour is inappropriate.
  • One Body. Love It. reserves the right to adjust class times, change venues, or update services as required.
