Retreats & Workshops

Step away.
Come back
different.

Longer, deeper experiences in beautiful settings - for people ready to give themselves the kind of unhurried time that most of us rarely allow.
Upcoming retreats

The most meaningful shifts happen in the slower time of a retreat or workshop.

When we take ourselves out of ordinary life for a day or a weekend, something changes. The nervous system starts to settle. There’s space to move, to rest and to reflect, without the constant pull of what’s next.

Retreats at One Body. Love It. are held in small groups, in beautiful settings, with a genuine intention to restore. Not to perform. Not to achieve. Just to return home to yourself.

I occasionally run workshops alongside retreats for those who want to delve a little deeper without committing to a full residential experience. These are usually half-day or full-day sessions held in small groups and centred around a specific theme. Past workshops have included restorative Pilates and yoga, mindful movement, and back care. Details of upcoming workshops will be shared here as dates are confirmed.

What to expect

Time and space to genuinely restore.

A retreat is an invitation to do something that most of us rarely allow ourselves to do: truly relax, restore and rejuvenate. It’s not just a reward for getting through a hard time. It’s simply because you’re human and, from time to time, you need it.

01
Movement that meets you where you are - Pilates and yoga at your own pace
02
Rest that is genuinely built in, not just a gap between activities
03
Nourishing food and the kind of small-group atmosphere where real conversations happen
04
Beautiful, carefully chosen settings that feel a world away from the everyday

I never thought I’d be the sort of person who’d enjoy a retreat, but I was so wrong. Something shifted by taking time out for me that I’m still sitting with. A door opened that I never knew existed.
