I bring something to this work that goes beyond a standard corporate wellbeing offering. With degrees in Social Science and Social Work, 15 years of professional experience supporting adults through high-pressure and complex situations, and over 20 years as a movement and wellbeing practitioner, I understand people under pressure, from years of sitting alongside them.
This depth of understanding shapes everything I do and it’s what makes my work genuinely effective rather than simply well-intentioned.
